Meet Savannah Crichton ’22

Savannah (she/her) is from Arizona, and is pursuing studies in engineering, user experience, and art. After her junior year she took a year off of school and has been living in New Haven, working as a user researcher for a medical device startup, and cooking as a pastry chef assistant for Union League Cafe. Her passion for food, design, and community-building led her to explore how slower and more interactive meals can reconnect us with joyful eating. Through the Global Food Fellowship, Savannah will showcase her flavorful findings through recipes, design ideations, and art. Savannah also enjoys hiking, gardening, and block printing, and is notorious for her elaborate dinner parties.
