Meet Michael Min ’23!
Michael's from Idaho, which means you might assume that his favorite vegetable is a potato—but it's actually an onion! Regrettably, he only became involved with the YSFP in junior year, but he's been pursuing sustainable food practices since high school. On the Farm, he's interested in understanding his own relationship between food and its production (and the people behind that!), as well as mapping out how veganism and vegetarianism interact with race, culture, place, and class. You can find him napping in sunny patches, hanging out in Murray's student kitchen testing out new recipes, or dancing and singing his heart out to the newest pop bop.
