Meet Helen:

The quiet moment spent absorbing the last rays of setting sunlight on the farm after washing dishes is a precious ritual for ending my week. I love being up here because of the way things tend to expand in and beyond this space - each question raises a new one; each new acquaintance becomes a friend to greet again next week; each decision is made with consciousness of how here is related to there, there, and elsewhere. This wouldn't happen without the abundance of kindness, compassion and love shared between bites of Friday pizza, smiled between tomato vines at harvest time, bundled into produce carts for market, taken far and wide in hearts touched by the Farm. This is such a special place, and I am so grateful to have had the chance to be here with the many special people and creatures who in various ways make it their home.
