A little bit more about Eliana:
After Eliana’s first year of college, she studied abroad in Bhutan. There, the abundant agriculture and rural life reminded her of her hometown in northwestern Pennsylvania. Inspired to more deeply connect with her rural upbringing, Eliana applied for a job as farm manager the next year. She has enjoyed every moment, especially harvesting and rinsing off carrots in autumn’s cooler afternoons. She loves going home after a workday and watching her farm experiences find a place in her other passion, poetry. She’s grateful for all the inspiring and kind people she’s met through the farm.
