A little bit more about Nat:
Nat grew up in New Hampshire, where their dad inspired them to be an avid environmentalist from a young age. Since high school, they have been vegan to more fully commit to a sustainable lifestyle. Throughout their time at Yale, Nat has become increasingly interested in sustainable food systems, leading them to concentrate within the Food & Agriculture track of the Environmental Studies major. Their primary area of focus is the impact of regenerative agricultural practices on the resilience and climate-change-mitigating effects of our food systems. Nat is thrilled to be a Farm Manager for the YSFP, because it allows them to join a community of like-minded students, as well as to gain hands-on experience with the sustainable practices that they study.
