A little bit more about Kayley:

Kayley is a Communications Manager and proud Filipina American from (less proudly) Orlando, Florida. Before coming to Yale, while she was very connected to Filipinx food at home, she had never thought about food in its larger context, from production to distribution to consumption, and all of the the complex social relations entailed at each stage. After being introduced to such inquiry at Yale and after participating in Lovefed New Haven's Youth program, Kayley has become passionate about food justice and transforming food systems for the liberation of marginalized communities. Such passions, coupled with the YSFP's pizza on Fridays, meant that Kayley absolutely had to get involved with the YSFP!
