More about Hardy:
Hardy is from the island of Martha's Vineyard. He grew up around agriculture: raising chickens, learning about permaculture from his farmer cousin, and working as a line cook in a farm-to-table restaurant. At Yale, Hardy is currently Head Chef of Yale Pop-Up and is excited to go all in on culinary/fermentation projects for the YSFP. Besides food, Hardy likes books, being outdoors, brutalist buildings, and photography.
