Meet Sappho Gilbert ’23!
Sappho Gilbert is a PhD Candidate at the Yale School of Public Health in the Department of Chronic Disease Epidemiology. Her research interests span community health, food and nutritional security, and climate change (with a focus on the Canadian Arctic). Sappho earned her Master’s in Public Health at Dartmouth College and graduated from MIT with a Bachelor of Science in biology and a minor in political science.
